As the team leader and one of the most experienced members of Regent Property Services, Zahir has over 5 year’s experience in the Estate Agency Business. Initially setting up Regent in 2004 with another colleague, Zahir has taken Regent from strength to strength. Playing a key role in the company, Zahir also manages most aspects of running the day to day business, from dealing with marketing strategies to implementing the correct rules and regulations that every successful estate agent requires. He is an able team leader always looking for opportunities to move the company forward. Amongst other achievements Zahir has gained the NAEA ‘Technical Award’ which is recognised in the industry as the only professional qualification that can be achieved for sales agents. Being nominated for the ‘Thames Gateway Business Awards 2005’, Zahir’s ability to succeed in the company as a Team Leader has proved to be invaluable. |

Ruhel’s knowledge and wealth of experience is a key factor enabling us to win instructions and build a portfolio of properties that appeal to a wide range of people, from first-time buyers to experienced investors. With over five years experience in the property market, Ruhel is well adept to handle the multi-facetted market of residential sales. A senior member of the team, Ruhel monitors all the properties within our books from the initial valuation stage right through to exchange and completion, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained. His dynamic and enthusiastic approach is a vital cog in our success and is an integral part of the Regent team.

Making sure that the highly demanding lettings department meets all its long term goals, the lettings manager Ripon Kobir is never too short in establishing himself perfect in the role. With over four years experience in lettings and the energy to progress himself further, he has all the knowledge and experience required by a lettings manager to guide his successful team of lettings negotiators in the right way. A few of his key responsibilities include winning of lettings instructions and finalising negotiations. Capable of dealing with all kinds of letting queries, Ripon adds important value to Regent Property Services. |
